DELIVERY

We offer complimentary tracked UK delivery.

United States orders equivalent to £75 or more also qualify for complimentary tracked shipping. Delivery charges for all other international destinations are calculated at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for local customs duties, taxes or handling charges.

Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email.

30-DAY RETURNS

Eligible orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

UK customers receive a complimentary tracked return label. Customers in the United States and other international destinations are responsible for change-of-mind return postage.

Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Pierced earrings cannot be returned once tried on or once the hygiene seal has been removed. Bespoke, resized, engraved or personalised jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.

12-MONTH CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE

Your DanAmara jewellery is covered for craftsmanship faults and significant gold-plating fade for 12 months.

Once approved, we will cover the agreed return cost and arrange a repair, replacement or one complimentary replating service.

The guarantee does not cover loss, accidental damage, improper care or unauthorised alterations.

Email london@danamarajewellery.com with your order number, reason for return and photographs where appropriate. Please wait for our return instructions before sending your jewellery.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Natural variations in gemstone colour, texture, inclusions and markings are part of each piece’s individual character and are not considered faults.

This policy does not affect your statutory or mandatory consumer rights.
